Tubular Webbing

1” Tubular Webbing for Making Your Own Custom Leash.
(I can sew them for you for a fee or you can take it to a shoe repair place.)
You will need to buy a clasp and enough tubbing for folding the ends under and a handle, usually 1 foot extra is good.  StrapWorks sells clasps (first link).

The best type of harness is one that makes a T or Y shape on the chest so the the front movement of the shoulders is not restricted at all. 

You don’t want any of the “no-pull” styles that have a strap horizontally across the scapula as their purpose is to restrict movement.
